Quick answers

Shipping. Free U.S. shipping on every order. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5 business days. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.

Wrong size? Email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We'll ship the right size free, and you keep the first pair.

First-pair guarantee. If your first pair leaks through, email us within 60 days and we'll refund that pair. You keep it.

Returns. Unworn pairs in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send the return instructions. For hygiene reasons we can't take back worn underwear, which is exactly why the guarantee and the free size exchange exist.

Order status. Reply to your order confirmation email, or send us your order number below, and we'll check on it.
