Refund policy

Garrison is underwear, so we handle returns a little differently from most stores. Here is exactly what we promise.

Free size exchange — 60 days
Wrong size? Email us at alfonso.d.acosta@outlook.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We'll ship the right size free of charge, and you keep the first pair.

First-pair guarantee — 60 days
If your first pair leaks through to your clothes, email us within 60 days of delivery and tell us what happened. We'll refund that pair to your original payment method, and you keep it.

Returns of unworn pairs — 30 days
Unworn pairs in their original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Email us first with your order number and we'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a few more days to post it. Return shipping for unworn returns is paid by the customer unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Worn underwear
For hygiene reasons we can't accept worn underwear back, which is exactly why the free size exchange and the first-pair guarantee exist.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll replace it or refund it, your choice.

Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
